RHYME THE IMAGE FESTIVAL

Rhyme the Image is a multi-disciplinary arts festival presented by the Latino Canadian Cultural Association. Through video screening, art performances and musical acts, we address the link between the realm of visual perception and its influence on perceiving our other senses in a world that is exaggerated with images.

Each night of the festival will be dedicated to a specific discipline bringing together artists from the Latin American community to collaborate and exchange with various cultural communities found in Toronto as well as Canada.

The LCCA is a non-for-profit organization with a mandate to promote the contemporary arts practice of Latino Canadian artists. Our organization recognizes the cosmopolitan nature of our city, Toronto. Our goal is to integrate our community into active participation and collaboration with various cultural workers and diverse cultural communities in our city.
